I have always had a passion to care for others. As a young girl, I witnessed my grandmother suffer from arthritis and began giving her hand and foot massages. To my surprise, the massages gave her relief and she was able to do the things she loved such as gardening and cooking amazing meals for our family. Through that experience, I recognized the power of touch. Grandma Dorothy taught me about compassion, skin care, the importance of treating your body like a temple, and so much more. Those precious moments with my grandmother led me to an education in Massage Therapy and Skincare.
After completing the Spa Specialty Program at International Academy in 2015, I became a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician. I have training in Medical Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Reflexology, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports Massage. In addition to my experience in the spa industry working alongside chiropractors and providing mobile massage services and spa parties, I have training in Customized Facials, Anti-aging Procedures, Microdermabrasion Treatments, Ultrasonic Facial Treatments, Hydrating Body Wraps, Hydrotherapy, and Hair Removal with Waxing.
I am constantly learning and growing. I've recently furthered my education and am now a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner. I value my clients and tailor each session to their specific needs. The highest reward is witnessing a client leave a session with a smile on their face, informing me they feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and relief from pain. I'm always honored and humbled to be of service to others.
